What did EASA do since 2007 (2/2)?

In our previous article, we talked about general AD and Airbus / Boeing statistics. In terms of subject integrity, you better first read our previous article. After this reminder, we can go into detail for the engines of Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

From 2007 to the present day, we mentioned a total of 573 ADs for CFM, IAE, GE, PW and RR engines. The distribution of these ADs by years is as follows;

The distribution of these ADs for each manufacturer is as follows;

Again, it is important to note that these ADs are based solely on the Type Certificate Holder and no further distinction has been made.

When we look at the regional aviation figures, which is another important part of the air travel, we see three active companies that have produced over 500 units; ATR, Bombardier and Embraer. The number of aircraft they have produced so far;

There are a total of 658 AD published for these aircraft and their distribution by years;

The distribution of these ADs for each manufacturer is as follows;

We hope that we have succeeded in transferring the market from a different perspective for EASA, AD and manufacturers. We wish a future where graphs of AD numbers go downwards while all graphs of production figures are going up!
