We wish that every project would be completed on time, with the highest quality and smoothly, but it may not always be possible to achieve this ideal. It is truly one of the most difficult jobs to take over a somewhat rough process. It requires a completely different skill to sort out the tense relationships, to get all the legs of the project back into operation, and to maintain a constructive and conciliatory language among the teams. It is necessary to understand the situation of the owner of the aircraft, the old operator, the new operator and the maintenance center, speak their language and meet their expectations. Fortunately, thanks to our years of experience and patience, we managed to deliver these two birds to their new owners without keeping them on the ground any longer. It is our greatest relief to see that our customer is happy.
