We provided technical support for our client’s maintenance program, which spanned the entire winter season for a total of 7 aircraft. This program included heavy maintenance for 4 x B737-800NG aircraft, structural inspection of 2 x B737-800NG aircraft, and a structural repair of an A321NEO aircraft. All technical management, including precise decisions, material inspections and follow-up, and budget/price analysis and audits, were successfully completed. We developed optimum and cost-effective solutions that best matched our client’s expectations and flight schedule.
