We provided technical support for our client’s winter maintenance program, which consist of 4 aircraft in total. The program included heavy maintenance of 3 x B737-800NG aircraft, and a fuel tank repair of an A321NEO aircraft. We assisted our client to obtain optimum/the most cost-effective solutions that best matched their expectations and flight schedule. All technical management, including critical decisions, material inspections and follow-up, and budget/price analysis and audits, were successfully completed.
